Everything between the idea and the first invoice.

Company formation

We choose the right company type with you, prepare the documents and file the registration.

Registered office

A physical office address for your company in each of the four countries, with mail received, scanned and forwarded to you.

Bank account opening

We prepare the file banks ask for and introduce you to banks that accept your profile.

Tax and VAT registration

Tax numbers, VAT registration where needed and the first filings, done on time.

Residence and golden visas

Residence and work permits, EU golden visas through investment, trade licences and tax residence certificates.

Accounting and compliance

Bookkeeping, annual accounts and renewals through local accountants we work with every day.

How it works

Most of it happens remotely. Where a country requires you in person, we plan the visit so it takes one trip.

  1. Talk

A call about your business, residence and clients. We recommend a country and a structure.

  2. Prepare

You send passport and proof of address. We draft the documents and arrange any translations.

  3. Register

We file with the registry or free zone and get the company and tax numbers issued.

  4. Bank

We prepare the bank file and stay with the application until the account is open.

  5. Run

Registered office, accounting and renewals, handled by the same team.

Questions we hear first

Which country is right for me?

It depends on where you live, where your clients are and how you plan to take profits out. On the first call we compare the options for your case and tell you plainly which one we would choose.

Do I have to travel?

Often not. Bulgarian and Greek companies can usually be set up with a power of attorney. The UAE and Spain may need one short visit, for example for a visa medical or a bank meeting. We plan it so it is one trip.

Can you open the bank account for my company?

We prepare the full file, introduce you to banks that accept your profile and follow the application through. No one can guarantee a bank will say yes, but a complete, well-explained file makes a real difference.

Will a company abroad lower my taxes?

Only if it fits the rules where you personally live. A company is taxed where it is managed, and your home country may tax its profits or your dividends. We will tell you when a structure does not work for you.

Can you help me get a golden visa in the EU?

Yes. We help investors apply for residence by investment in the EU, for example the Greek golden visa. In Greece the property threshold is EUR 800,000, EUR 400,000 or EUR 250,000, depending on the area and the type of property. Spain closed its golden visa in April 2025. We check which route fits your plans and handle the documents and application.

Do you handle accounting after the company is set up?

Yes. We arrange bookkeeping, tax returns, annual accounts and licence renewals, so you keep one point of contact.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the country, the company type and the services you need. After the first call you get a written quote with government fees and our fees shown separately.
